Through his X account, Jorge Enrique Robledo indicated that it had been confirmed that the president of Colombia, Gustavo Petro, and the Minister of the Interior, Armando Benedetti , had "justified with falsehoods the illegal flights of Juliana Guerrero in a plane and in a Police helicopter."
The former senator asserted that Juliana Guerrero had not traveled to the municipalities of Valledupar and Aguachica "for public order reasons , but rather to violate the autonomy of the Universidad Popular del Cesar (UPC) for the selection of the new rector."
Her accusations come after, according to Robledo, advisor Guerrero wanted to "favor some political boss in Cesar," he explained.

Jorge Enrique Robledo also directly addressed the head of state and recalled what the president had said when he was a presidential candidate: "With each passing day, Petro sells out more to traditional politics, a corruption that as a candidate he made it clear he wouldn't engage in," the former senator wrote.
"And in this case, his conduct has worsened because he violated university autonomy, a highly valued asset for the better transmission and generation of knowledge," Robledo concluded in the tweet published on his official X account.

On the other hand, recently, the senator of the Democratic Center, María Fernanda Cabal, filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General's Office against Juliana Guerrero , in which she requested that "the reprehensible acts committed by the official be analyzed (...) and that it be determined whether there was a violation of the duties and prohibitions enshrined in articles 38 and 39 of Law 1952 of 2019 (Disciplinary Code)."
